Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking an Motion Designer . You will be joining us in building Oliver Wyman’s new hub in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We’re looking for a Motion Designer who thinks like a designer first, and animates second. Someone who understands timing, restraint, typography, rhythm and now knows how to use AI intelligently without letting it dilute craft. It’s about timing. Tension. Restraint. Narrative. If you obsess over typography in motion, care about pacing down to the frame, and believe movement should elevate an idea not decorate it this is for you.
