TransPerfect operates business development program with hundreds of conferences, events, and tradeshows ranging from large, global exhibitions to intimate local workgroups. We’re looking for an efficient, organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Tradeshow Project Management Specialist to lead and support the logistics and details that make our global conference and tradeshow program go. Everyone sees the branding and appearance of our booths and signage, but not everyone understands the importance of the people behind the scenes that make sure things get where they need to go, when they need to be there, and are set up, used, and taken down efficiently and effectively. This role takes the lead in making sure everything runs smoothly. Description: Coordinate and/or oversee the scheduling, planning and logistics of trade shows and conferences.
