Essential Functions: - Tracks and obtains medical clearances for scheduled surgeries. - Navigates EMR to scribe voicemails and return appropriate calls as needed. - Call patients to schedule surgery within 48 hours of the order being signed and schedule all pre-op and post-op appointments for the patient. - Provides ongoing communication with patients regarding pre-certification, authorization, financial counseling, and scheduling process. - During...
