Doorperson Are you courteous, alert, and passionate about delivering a warm welcome? We are looking for a Doorperson who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting first impression through professional, attentive, and friendly service. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: - Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and offering assistance promptly. - Opening doors and welcoming guests in a courteous and professional manner. - Assisting with traffic flow at the hotel entrance and ensuring guest safety. - Coordinating with Bell Desk and Front Office teams for seamless guest arrivals and departures. - Calling taxis, assisting with transportation arrangements, and managing guest drop-offs and pickups. - Maintaining cleanliness, order, and presentation of the hotel entrance and driveway area. - Supporting guests with basic inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments. - Representing the hotel brand with professionalism, courtesy, and confidence at all times.
