Preferred Qualifications: -Certified Backflow Prevention Tester -Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial or institutional plumbing systems -Customer service experience -Demonstrated knowledge of building and plumbing codes, OSHA safety standards, and ADA compliance Job Description: Facilities Planning and Management at Iowa State University is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Plumber. This essential role performs skilled work at the journey level to install, maintain, and repair piping systems, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and laboratory and mechanical equipment associated with gas, air, steam, water, drainage, and heating/cooling systems.
