Summary: The Financial Operations Analyst II role provides analytical, operational and reporting support for financial programs and analytics, including enterprise operational metrics, equity and cash incentive plans and management reporting. This role independently performs financial and benchmarking analyses, works collaboratively with business areas to develop, track and understand the impact of tiered metric performance, and provides a variety of comprehensive solutions and support related to Company incentive programs.
