About the Role The NEC Project Practice sets the standards, governance, and frameworks that enable consistent, predictable delivery across internal and customer projects. As Project Practice Manager (Project Practice Lead) reporting into Performance & Enablement. You will lead and evolve this capability, driving delivery excellence across NEC ANZ. You’ll embed best-practice project frameworks, strengthen governance, and uplift organisational capability, ensuring projects deliver in line with strategic, financial, and customer outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing delivery assurance, performance insight, and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio.
