Job description Title : Compressor Mechanic: Location : Delaware Basin: Pay : $30.00 - $45.00/HR: Position Overview: As a Compressor Mechanic, you will play a vital role within our mechanical team, working closely with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compressor systems. Your expertise in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing compressors and engines will ensure the seamless operation of equipment in the field. Compressor Mechanics will have the Knowledge and Ability to Perform the Following: · Repair and Maintenance: Overhaul and maintain compressors ranging from 250 to 1200 HP. · Diagnosis: Independently and accurately diagnose engine/compressor failures. · Technical Skills: Utilize intermediate computer skills, including engine-specific software (Caterpillar), Internet Explorer, and Outlook. · Rebuilds/Overhauls: Lead comprehensive rebuilds and overhauls of compressors, engines, and controls under adverse conditions without supervision. · Troubleshooting: Address electrical systems, controls, and unit control panels such as Murphy, Altronic, and Allen Bradley.
