Company: Student Quarters Community: Vue on Walnut: Reports To: General Manager: Job Type: Part-time, On-site: Compensation: $15-$17/HR: Schedule: 20 Hours per Week, Weekend Availability Marketing and Outreach Assistant Role & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): - Market apartments in accordance with SQ Standards outlined by management. - Responsible for providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner. - Act as a "brand ambassador" for our assigned community. It will be important to build rapport with the public. - Perform outreach and establish relationships with local businesses and universities/colleges. This includes the delivery of brochures, materials, and promo to identified locations. Outreach includes in-person as well as outreach via social channels and email. - Assist in the promotion of our social media sites, website, and all e-marketing. - Send brochures and materials to prospects for distribution to their circles of influence. - Attend local events as a representative of the company, including Housing fairs, Athletic events, Chapter Meetings, etc. - Responsible for flyering on campus, parking lots, dormitories, competitors, or any othe...
