Facility Manager - 26000249 Description Position Overview: We are seeking an entry level Facility Manager to lead operations at Linde’s Bulk Liquid CO ₂ plant in Pekin, IL. This is a front-line leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable operations while driving reliability, efficiency, and team development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge of industrial gases operations, proven management experience, and a passion for safety and operational excellence. Accessibility during off-hours (via laptop and cell phone) is required. Travel up to 10% annually.
