Inspire and motivate a team of Retail Assistants with your ‘lead by example’ and hands-on approach to all store operational and management tasks. Create a pipeline for future leaders by coaching and mentoring your team with on-the-job training and stretch tasks. Be a champion of safety at 7-Eleven at all times. Maintain excellent store standards including cleanliness, functionality of store machines & equipment and merchandising.
