This position is part of our Customer Experience organization and the job title is Customer Success Executive. Instrumental technology is used by the world’s most admired electronics brands, such as NVIDIA, Cisco, and Meta, to accelerate new product development and improve production yields. Our technology leverages AI to process data generated on the manufacturing floor, automating failure identification and resolution, improving yield, quality, and time-to-market. In the past few quarters, our technology has become mission-critical for AI server manufacturers. We’re rapidly growing our global presence to enable deeper integrations into our customers’ complex manufacturing environments. We’ve recently hit an inflection point in the AI Compute market, which is driving significant scale and growth. Instrumental technology plays a critical role in accelerating the delivery of AI compute for global data centers.
