IT Business Analyst

Job description

Introduction: Hachette Australia is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT and Operational team on 18-month fixed-term, full-time contract. You will manage day-to-day VISTA (ERP) changes, support operational improvements, and coordinate small to medium-sized IT projects across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to gather requirements, prepare system and EDI mapping documentation, coordinate testing activities and ensure successful delivery of business-critical solutions.
