Job description

The Analyst, Information Technology (Testing) ensure the quality and functionality of software products by conducting thorough testing and validation processes before they are released to end-users or clients. Position will be working hybrid based in San Juan, PR. Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with developers, business analyst, project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements. - Validate user stories from the projects assigned within the service level previously agreed upon. - Create and Maintain test documentation such as test scripts, test cases, testing results, and defects. - Collaborate closely with developers, business analyst, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand scope and requirements. - Staying updated with best practices and trends in software testing for continuous improvement. - User acceptance testing - Coordinating with business users to validate that the software meets their requirements and expectations thru test cases based on the acceptance criteria defined in user stories. - Regression Testing - Ensure that the software updates and changes do not negatively impact the existing functionalities. - Automate...
