Job description

Shift: Monday–Friday (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) On-Call: Must be available for emergency on-call support as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Operator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll support building maintenance and ammonia refrigeration systems. In this role, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility equipment, while following all safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility structures Assist with inspections and maintenance of refrigeration systems (ammonia) Conduct routine maintenance on material handling equipment per guidelines Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and motorized lifts safely Support troubleshooting and problem-solving to maintain smooth operations Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures Other tasks as assigned: Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred Refrigeration Ice Plant Operator certification required; 4th Class Power Engineer certification preferred Hands-on experience with ice plant operations and/or am...
