BIS Safety Software is a SaaS company on a mission to change how organizations manage safety, learning, and compliance. We're looking for a hands-on Category Manager to lead our online course business - a high-impact product line ready for its next phase of growth. About the Role: This is a $13M online course portfolio - and we’re looking for a commercially driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to own and grow it . You’ll decide what we sell, how we price it, how we position it, and where we invest to grow. You’ll lead the strategy and execute the plan. You will have full P&L accountability for this business line , including revenue growth, gross margin expansion, portfolio mix strategy, and eCommerce performance.
