WBS Coordinator Company: Hays Electrical Services Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: Hays Electrical Services is seeking a detail-oriented WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) Coordinator to support large-scale electrical construction projects by developing, maintaining, and managing structured project cost and work codes. This role plays a critical function in ensuring accurate cost tracking, schedule alignment, and reporting across multiple projects and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong construction accounting, project controls, or project coordination experience within electrical or commercial construction environments and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
