Job Title : Intercompany Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator Location : Shelbyville, Tennessee: Overview of Role: The Intercompany Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating material transfers between Warehouse A (Sharpie Way) and Warehouse B (Blue Ribbon). This role ensures timely preparation, shipment, tracking, and confirmation of inter-organization material movements while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with logistics and warehouse teams. What you will do: - Plan and coordinate inter-warehouse material transfers to ensure on-time availability. - Prepare and verify materials for shipment from Warehouse A to Warehouse B. - Communicate detailed shipment requirements to the logistics team (quantities, timelines, special handling, documentation). - Ensure all materials are properly packed, labeled, and documented prior to shipment. - Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on any delays or discrepancies. - Confirm receipt of materials at Warehouse B and reconcile quantities against shipping documentation. - Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods. - Maintain accurate transfer record...
