Join the 1st Franklin Financial team as a Branch Manager. Salary: $50,000 to $58,750 annually: This position works closely with the staff to build relationships and identify the needs of customers in a timely manner. The Branch Manager coordinates the activities of the staff and provides leadership. The BM interviews customers using advanced interpersonal skills. This individual utilizes professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results-oriented manner to perform responsibilities.
