Your role: - UX Design subject matter expertise: Able to break down complex design problems and provide UX design and user‑centred design guidance across the full design lifecycle, including interaction design, information architecture, service design, accessibility, and design systems, both internally and to our customers. - Shape UX contributions to bids and proposals: Lead and support proposal development by shaping UX approaches, design strategies, and experience visions that respond to both internal and external customer demand.
