Collections Officer – Non Grocery: The Role: This is a commercially focused opportunity for an experienced Collections professional to protect cash flow across Bega Group’s high‑value, high‑volume Non‑Grocery portfolio. As a Collections Officer, you will take full ownership of end‑to‑end collections for assigned accounts, applying strong credit discipline to recover debt and control risk. Experience working with ERP systems is important, with SAP experience highly regarded. Operating in a fast‑moving environment, you will manage complex, high‑value accounts, reduce overdue balances, resolve invoice issues, and keep AR within agreed ageing targets. Your work will directly impact working capital performance, data accuracy, and business efficiency. Beyond day‑to‑day collections, you will work with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to execute effective collection strategies, mitigate issues early, and contribute to process and system improvements.
