Job description

This position is a full time Exempt (salary) position, supporting the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). The Site Manager is the senior contractor and lead trainer on site responsible to assist the MTC Commander, XO or S3/Operations Manager in the execution of all manning, operations and training functions for the contract team within the Mission Training Complex (MTC). RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Performs on-site management for the Task Order Contract. - Management and Supervision of all Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVC-g) capabilities, systems, tools, personnel and activities associated with MTC operations. - Works collaboratively with the Task Order Manager (TOM) and the MTC CDR, XO or S3/Operations Manager in direct support of training and technical missions. - Leads the deliberate mission analysis process in coordination with the functional managers and key stakeholders to include analyzing mission requirements against capabilities, defining objectives and priorities, coordinating, and assigning projects, and resolving problems.
