Description Starbucks Supervisor-Elko: Starbucks Supervisor is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of their store. They ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures, as well as handling any customer service issues that may arise. Starbucks supervisors also play an important role in training new employees and helping them get up to speed on Starbucks’ products and services. This includes everything from teaching them how to make drinks properly to ensuring they understand the company’s values and mission statement. Pay Rate :$17/hr.
