Job Summary: The Assistant Field Sales Manager (AFSM) is responsible for leading, developing, and producing results through a field-based sales team, with a primary focus on storm restoration and retail exterior sales. This role is highly hands-on, requiring consistent field presence, direct selling activity, and lead-by-example coaching. The AFSM recruits, trains, and manages high-performing sales representatives while actively participating in neighborhood canvassing, inspections, customer meetings, and deal closing. Success is measured daily through KPIs, revenue production, team development, and the delivery of 5-star customer experiences.
