Therapist?Non LIP?Therapist LIP Position Summary: The Mental Health Associate assists in the collection of data and the completion of a Master Treatment Plan for all assigned clients. Duties and Responsibilities: •Assists in the collection of data for each assigned client. •Participates with team members and clients/families in the completion of a Master Treatment Plan for each client within established time frames. •Participates with team members in the updating of Master Treatment Plans within established time frames or as indicated by client needs. •Effectively facilitates psycho educational groups as evidenced by: Preparation. Consumer satisfaction. Supervisory evaluation. •Participates with team members in the completion of a Discharge Summary within established time frames. •Documents all client interactions, including sessions with clients, families, significant others, etc., within established time frames. •Completes Progress Notes accurately, addressing treatment goals, major treatment issues, and changes in mental healt...
