Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential need for Certified Medical Assistants at Navy Medical Centers in San Diego, CA . The Certified Medical Assistants will be performing Assist with patient check-ins, admissions, discharges, and transfers as directed. The Certified Medical Assistant will assist with care for U.S. Active Duty members, their dependents, and eligible retirees. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications for Certified Medical Assistant Core Duties for Certified Medical Assistant - Degree : Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate. - Education : Graduate from a medical assistant training program accredited by one of the following: Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) of the American Medical Technologists or a formal medical services training program of the United States Armed Forces or be a graduate from a medical assistant program approved for certification by the California Certifying Board for Medical Assistants or Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) or Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) or...
