What’s the role?: You’ll play a key role in shaping how risk is managed across one of Westpac’s most significant transformation programs. Working within the Chief Transformation Office, you’ll lead how technology and data-related risks are identified, assessed and managed across multiple initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner closely with program, technology and risk teams to ensure strong governance is in place and risks are clearly understood by decision-makers. You’ll bring clarity to complex delivery challenges, helping leaders make informed calls on risk, controls and outcomes. From improving how risk is reported to uplifting frameworks and controls, you’ll help create consistency and transparency across the program. You’ll also play a key part in driving continuous improvement and strengthening how the organisation approaches risk in change. This is a permanent role based in Sydney with flexible working options.
