Responsibilities: · Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral issues, both in-person and remotely. · Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle including enrolment, provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and decommissioning. · Design, build, and maintain standardized configurations, baselines, and policies using MDM tools. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), productivity software (Microsoft 365, etc.), and other business-critical applications. · Deploy and manage software using deployment tools. · Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations to ensure a secure desktop environment. · Document all support tickets and solutions in our help desk system. · Manage printers, meeting room HW, and other IT equipment. · Assist with IT asset management, including tracking inventory and managing the lifecycle of hardware. · Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to i...
