Pay Range: Target Salary Range: 124,900 to $125,200 Position Description: Team Lead, Software QA Engineer for Research & Diagnostic Systems, Inc., Minneapolis, MN: ● Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test scripts for IT data projects, including database testing (SQL queries for data validation) and API testing using tools like Postman. ● Evaluate and refine testing strategies for proposed projects, offering insights on complex issues through deep analysis of data and variable factors. ● Identify, triage, and document incidents related to internal data systems, ensuring timely resolution and communication. ● Oversee and maintain the issue tracking process, leveraging a strong understanding of the organization’s data ecosystem to prioritize and address issues effectively. ● Lead both manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring complete platform test coverage.
