About the role We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Senior Sales Manager to join our high performing Nonprofit Vertical team. This position will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve growth targets including building new pipeline for our high growth Customer Team within the Nonprofit Vertical. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new and strengthening existing relationships with Executives and Senior Leaders at Nonprofit accounts. This position reports to the Director of Sales for the Nonprofit Vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of seasoned Account Executives and will have a proven track record for delivering results in commercial accounts. What you'll do: - Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve quarterly/annual bookings and revenue targets - Coach and measure key activity metrics, adherence to sales process and the sales leadership framework component - Attract and retain an all-star team, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and training - Establish C-level relationships with strategic customers via proactive customer networking and development - Monitor market trends and key events within...
