Summary Job Description: Job Title: Patient Access – Communications Specialist II Full Time 2nd Shift: Job Summary: Direct incoming calls from the switchboard and patient information lines in a courteous and professional manner. Monitor alarms and emergency telephones in the switchboard and communicate necessary information quickly. Receive and process work orders in a timely and professional manner. Provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner.
