UG2 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Facilities – Life Sciences to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of Life Sciences accounts across Metro Boston. This role is responsible for directing the operational, technical, regulatory, and financial performance of assigned accounts while ensuring the delivery of best-in-class integrated facility management services in highly regulated laboratory and biopharma environments. The Senior Director oversees Facility Managers, Operations Managers and Janitorial Managers as well as being responsible for establishing best practices, driving operational excellence, and implementing standardized operating procedures across the portfolio.
