Description The School of Nursing at the University of Virginia invites applications for an open-rank General Track faculty position. We seek candidates with experience teaching and mentoring pre-licensure students (BSN and direct entry MSN). This is a 12-month, full-time faculty appointment. This is a teaching-focused position with primary responsibilities in our undergraduate programs, along with opportunities to contribute across academic programs. Faculty are encouraged to engage in service, clinical practice, scholarship, leadership, and student mentoring in ways that reflect their expertise and the needs of the school. Working alongside nationally recognized nurse scholars, educators, and students, the successful candidate will help prepare the next generation of nurses and nurse practitioners. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the nation’s top schools of nursing within a dynamic and collaborative university community.
