Job DetailsJob Location: New York, NY 10020Position Type: Full Time / Experienced LevelSalary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: Human ResourcesWe are seeking a Manager – Tax Capability and Learning, Learning and Development, to join the Learning and Development (L&D) team within the Human Resources (HR) department. They’re responsible for leading the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of the firm’s tax learning curriculum. This role combines tax expertise, facilitation, and content authorship to ensure high quality, level-appropriate learning experiences across the tax practice. Responsibilities are, but not limited to: Reimagine, own and maintain tax curriculum including milestone programs and other educational initiatives. Author and update tax course materials aligned to legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring a focus on AI and Advisory Skills. Facilitate instructor‑led tax programs, including milestone and manager‑level courses/Train the trainer.
