Job Summary: The Director, Human Resources serves as a key strategic business partner within the MGX Equipment Services organization. This leader is responsible for driving workforce, talent, culture, and labor strategies that enable business performance. The role encompasses talent acquisition, training and development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, employee and labor relations, compliance, and workforce planning/analytics. Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR – Americas, this leader manages a team of two HR professionals and oversees all HR activities across U.S. MGX locations. Responsibilities: - Advise and support business leaders to achieve organizational goals and execute strategy. Lead workforce planning, recruiting, staffing, turnover monitoring, and retention initiatives. Conduct exit interviews and develop programs and policy to strengthen retention. - Oversee employee performance management, including career development, coaching, and succession planning for MGX.
