Responsibilities of the position include: - Direct and supervise a trade crew on a consistent basis and frequently direct over 30 employees and supervise multiple trades. - Communicate staffing requirements to Production Manager. - Participate in the pre-planning process in preparation for goals meetings. - Ensure the job is properly staffed. - Calculate unit costs based on quantity of material installed, hours worked, and labor dollars and take appropriate action to achieve goals. - Enter daily time and production through E&K Austin lane entry. - Create job specific QA tasks identified during job start process. - Perform routine QA inspections and create report through Go Canvas App. - Generate material orders by specific areas. - Manage job cost through review and analyzation of job cost monitoring report. - Monthly forecasting of job cost. - Management of Subcontractors. - Ensu...
