Description This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned operational finance executive ready to lead and scale a critical business unit. As Vice President of Finance – Ruprecht, you will have full financial ownership of the business, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, and serve as a key partner to the North America CFO and executive leadership team. You will lead the core finance pillars—FP&A, Operations Finance/Standards and Accounting/Controllership—while building a high-performing organization that delivers both operational rigor and strategic insight.
