Handling the day-to-day management of the Thetford depot - predominantly focused on distribution with a small warehouse operation, you will be leading a team of around 55 colleagues ensuring that our safety, service, cost and efficiency goals are exceeded. Accountable for everything from team engagement and operational performance to efficiency and budgets, you’ll shape plans that drive change and develop your team & the operation.
