Department: 60485 IL ACL Laboratories - Administration: Illinois Masonic Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: This candidate is responsible for the planning, coordination, and direction of Transfusion Services for two (2) sites, at IL Masonic Medical Center and Trinity hospital. Candidate must be able to work at the company's physical location fulltime at both sites. Candidate will be required to work some weekends, and off shifts (2nd and 3rd shifts) to support teammate training, competencies, regulatory audit preparation, etc... when necessary. Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Major Responsibilities: - Provides site leadership, planning, direction, and coordination of Transfusion Services. Ensures timely, accurate, cost effective and high-quality service at all times. - Works with system and site teams to develop, implement and evaluate results of an annual continuous quality improvement plan. Takes corrective action as needed regarding quality improvement indicators.
