The Baseball Instructor will assist in all activities relating to MLB Youth Academy baseball instruction Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and implementation of all baseball instruction including workouts, camps, clinics, gameplay, etc. - Assist the Coordinator, Baseball Instruction in selecting players for travel teams, showcases, camps, etc. - Help to coordinate all baseball activities and organize schedules for baseball instruction - Help to coordinate, facilitate and organize all baseball workouts, camps and clinics - Coach Academy baseball teams in workouts and gameplay as necessary - Submit reports to the Coordinator, Baseball Instruction as deemed necessary - Perform assigned tasks for special events and programs as directed by Coordinator, Baseball Instruction or Academy Director Qualifications & Skills: Travel: 25% local overnight travel expected around All Star and Spring Break events.
