Job description

Description This role is not a traditional software engineering position and is not focused on writing large amounts of custom code. The AI Product Builder is responsible for turning unclear business ideas into live, automated business systems by leveraging existing AI tools, platforms, and integrations. The primary work is orchestrating and deploying AI-powered workflows and internal tools that deliver measurable business outcomes, not building software from scratch. You will work directly with leadership and operators across multiple operating companies to identify opportunities, design solutions, and ship usable tools quickly. Success is defined by adoption, speed, and ROI, not code quality or architectural purity. If you prefer detailed technical specifications, deep engineering ownership, or spending most of your time writing traditional code, this role will not be a fit.
