Job Title: Facilities Engineer II Responsible for performing and/or project management of capital facilities and/or construction projects, and specialized facilities engineering work. Areas may include, but are not limited to, activities related to the maintenance, repair and modification of equipment controls/communications, electrical/electronic systems, special systems/processes, or mechanical devices and equipment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Under minimal supervision, develops and/or implements predictive, preventive and reliability centered maintenance programs, including maintenance check sheets, maintenance logic decision trees, predictive maintenance techniques, and related analyses. - Provides advice and consultation to Management Team regarding facilities engineering matters, including compliance with federal/state laws and regulations; coordinates facilities engineering project activities with other departments; prepares data and documents for use during governmental or customer in...
