Job Summary: The Sr. Manager of Engineering is responsible for leading and managing the full engineering scope of the multi-billion-dollar Extended Power Uprate (EPU) at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant. This role ensures technical excellence across all design, modification, and testing activities, while maintaining strict compliance with NRC regulations, industry standards, and Vistra governance. The Sr. Manager coordinates with EPC partners, OEMs, Owner’s Engineer, and internal stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality, and constructible solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing plant systems. The position plays a critical role in balancing cost, schedule, and safety while ensuring long-term operability, maintainability, and regulatory readiness to support fleet reliability.
