Job Overview & Responsibilities Sales Specialists are responsible for being knowledgeable in the company’s processes, proficiently assisting assigned sales representatives throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Specialist provides support to the sales team by managing the company’s customer database, creating quotes, processing orders and performing other tasks in support of the Subscription Support team's sales goals with a focus on quote requests. The Sales Specialist will use professional sales and customer service techniques in completing work requirements and is responsible for maintaining regular communication with sales team’s management and counterparts while completing sales tasks. This role may also support other sales departments and marketing coverage needs.
