RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure beer, wine, and liquor is stocked at all times. Secure alcohol during non-operational hours in accordance with all applicable local, county, and state liquor laws. Assist bartenders and cocktail servers with general closing duties. Check identification for all guests that appear under the age of 30 and attempting to purchase alcohol in accordance with all applicable local, county, and state liquor laws. Ensure mixers and garnish trays are stocked at all times. Maintain full and sanitary ice bins. Wash and stock glassware. Transport garbage to outside dumpsters.
