Position Overview: A Mortgage Servicing Specialist supports the servicing of mortgage loans. This role is responsible for maintaining first mortgages when it comes to escrow accounts, mortgage payments, mortgage satisfactions/subordinations, PMI, loan modifications, and answering member inquires. Duties and Responsibilities: - Answer and resolve member questions and concerns regarding the servicing of mortgage loans in terms of billing statements, escrow questions (tax, insurance, escrow analysis), misapplied payments, and other servicing functions - Process member requests for payment histories, amortization schedules, payoffs, and with documentation requests related to mortgage loans - Process incoming subordin...
