About the Role: MSS Security is looking for an experienced and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee operations at our mining village site in Moranbah . This role is ideal for a strong people leader who thrives in remote environments, enjoys daily client engagement, and can effectively lead large teams in a fast-paced operational setting. This is a FIFO or DIDO opportunity, Monday to Friday, typically 4 days on site with flexible work from home arrangements for part of the week. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of mining village facilities, ensuring security, accommodation, and site services are delivered to a high standard. Build strong client relationships through regular onsite engagement while leading and supporting onsite teams.
