A Managing Director (MD) at Simeio is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, operations, and growth of a regional set of large strategic accounts in Canada (Preferably Toronto area) In this role, you will provide direction and guidance for teams, ensure successful project delivery and cultivate high-level client relationships. This role reports to executive leadership. Key responsibilities: - Provide IAM thought leadership to both Simeio in-house colleagues and senior stakeholders within Simeio clients - Business development: Identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in high-stakes client presentations to secure new business and expand the firm's client portfolio. - Client relationship management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership, acting as a long-term trusted advisor. Responsible for client satisfaction. - Deliver both growth and new business revenue and profit numbers for a defined region within Simeio - Be a leader in the end-to-end business/deal cycle with Simeio customers.
