Job Title: AI Solutions Manager Department: Publishing Operations Contract: 12 month fixed term, full-time Location: London with occasional travel to Petersfield and Basingstoke We are looking for an AI Solutions Managers to be at the forefront of Pan Macmillan’s digital transformation, turning the potential of AI into practical, high-impact solutions that empower our creative, commercial, and operational teams. From optimizing metadata to streamlining global workflows, your task will be to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions. Your team: You will be part of the Technology team within the Publishing Operations department, working closely with stakeholders and partners to identify opportunities for innovation. Our team helps bridge the gap between the business and deep technology, implementing solutions where possible or working closely with our US development team or our Group level AI company Chaptr to complete more complex deliverables.
