Stationary Engineer

Job description

This position involves the daily operation and maintenance of complex HVAC systems, central chiller plants, and related equipment. The Stationary Engineer ensures all systems run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant codes. This role requires a high degree of technical skill to troubleshoot and repair equipment, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and provide guidance to others. NOTE: This job is a safety sensitive position subject to drug testing requirements. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or, for active employees, termination, even if they test positive for marijuana and have a valid medical marijuana license.
